Quercioli Lambrusco Reggiano DOC dry is produced from Lambrusco Salamino and Marani grapes. Ideal with lasagna, cappelletti and stuffed pasta. Lambrusco Quercioli Secco opens with a dark ruby color and pink foam that fizzes when the wine is poured into the glass. This is a dry bubbly red wine that shows the perky effervescence and acidity to pair with buttery pasta or cheesy tortellini dishes.

Aurelio Settimo Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2018
Regular price$32.95per bottle
This intense ruby red wine has a fresh, fruity nose showing notes of cherry, strawberry and fruit of the forest. The cherry predominates on the mouth, while the appealing, light almondy finish is typical of the varietal. Dolcetto is a young, fresh and fruity wine.
For Aurelio Settimo's tradition, this is a “everyday wine” - for everyday and for every meal: it is easy to drink and goes very well with all dishes.
This Dolcetto d’Alba, that is produced in the same area of Barolo wine, has good structure and good tannins, which allow us to keep it for 2/3 years after harvest.
Nals Margreid Schiava 'Galea' Alto Adige DOC 2019
Alto Adige, Italy
Regular price$33.75per bottle
The vineyards of the South Tyrolean winegrowers' cooperative Nals Margreid extend over fourteen areas from Nals in the north, situated between Bolzano and Merano, to Margreid in the southern part of the lowlands. Thus, the cooperative in the Adige Valley, which was formed from the union of the Nals Winery (founded in 1932) and Margreid-Entiklar (founded in 1954) and has 137 members, has a considerable variety of different terroirs and growing areas.
Bright ruby, vinous aromas and appetizingly fresh scent of red cherries. On the palate fruity and with velvety tannin, harmonious and of good length.
"The 2019 Schiava Galea from Nals Margreid is intense, as a wave of confectionary spice gives way to ripe strawberry and cherry with wild herbal tones and hints of floral undergrowth. It’s silky, enveloping, sapid and sweet, showcasing a host of wild berry fruits which are kept in balance by zesty acids. After the menagerie of extroverted fruit character the Galea closes surprisingly fresh. Readers will be hard-pressed to put this glass down." VINOUS
