Fresh & Crisp

Peter Zemmer grows the grapes in the alpine region Alto Adige. With the natural growth of the vines and loose regulation of the harvest, Peter Zemmer produces a wine that tempts the palate with extraordinary freshness and liveliness. The wines from the 'La Lot' vineyard are approachable in style that appeal to all levels of wine enthusiasts.

This refreshing expression of Pinot Grigio is dry and medium-bodied. On the palate, the wine shows lots of tart lemon juice and lemon zest along with crunchy green apple and Asian pear. There is an expression of stony and chalky minerality on the palate which is very representative of the region of Alto Adige. The wine finishes fresh and zesty.

Enjoy as an aperitif, or pair with shellfish, poultry and vegetable-based appetizers.
